- 20ml Strykk Not Vodka
- 40ml Lussory Premium Sparkling Brut
- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream

- Take the lemon sorbet ice cream out of the freezer about 10 minutes beforehand, so it can soften a bit
- Put 2 scoops of lemon sorbet ice cream in a blender
- Blend until it becomes smooth
- Add 20ml Strykk Not Vodka and 40ml Lussory Premium Sparkling Brut
- Mix the ingredients briefly
- Pour the ScroppiNO into a cocktail glass and this delicious cold mocktail is ready!
